Architecture is not something Zlatko chose , it is something he was born into. With an architectural pedigree that shaped him and his standards from an early age, he went on to refine his craft in Rome under one of Europe's most demanding architectural traditions before returning to Podgorica to build something of his own.
His career has moved deliberately through every layer of the discipline from design, through project management, to construction supervision. He does not just draw buildings. He sees them through.
Zlatko does not separate the person from the architect. The same directness, the same refusal to accept mediocrity, the same standard he holds for every line on a drawing he holds for every conversation in a room.
He built Golden Project because he believed Montenegro deserved better architecture. He still does.

Not a handoff. Not a hierarchy of juniors translating someone else's vision into documents. The person who had the idea is the person who sees it through — from the first sketch to the last signature.
We are protective of our process the way a sculptor is protective of his stone. We decide who touches the work and when. Not out of arrogance — out of responsibility to the idea.
We've done it no other way. We never will.
